Terms and Conditions
All the quotations are valid for 21 calendar days from the date appearing
on the quotation.
The quotation is secured upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the quotation
or minimum of £50.00.
The deposit is not refundable, and will be deducted in full from the final
payment. If the deposit has not been paid within 21 calendar days inclusive
of the quotation date, we reserve the right to take another booking on or
around the date, which means that I might not be able to provide the full
service as quoted.
An invoice will be submitted and the final full payment is required 21calender
days inclusive prior to the wedding or event date. Please make your cheque
payable to Kazuhide Egawa.
PROPS
All the props, for example, candle holders, vases, urns, candelabras, lights,
containers etc, apart from the fresh flowers, foliage, and candles are supplied
on the basis of hire and at all times belong to LivingSeasons.com. A returnable
Items Deposit (as indicated in the final quotation) will be payable to cover
for any hired items that are damaged or missing upon collection. They will
be charged at their full “As New” value.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be made in writing. The deposit and the design fee are
not refundable in any case.
Once a wedding/event date is secured by receipt of the deposit, we will refuse
any other conflicting wedding/event for that period. Therefore, a cancellation
fee will be charged for any cancellation of a confirmed wedding/event.
If the cancellation is confirmed up to 60 calendar days inclusive prior to
the wedding/event, there is no cancellation fee.
If the cancellation is confirmed up to 21 calendar days inclusive prior to
the wedding/event, a £50.00 administration charge will be payable.
If the cancellation is confirmed up to 14 calendar days inclusive prior to
the wedding/event, 50% of the full invoice will be payable. The full invoice
includes the deposit, Item Deposit and the design fee.
If the cancellation is confirmed up to 7 calendar days inclusive or later,
100% of the full invoice will be payable. The full invoice includes the deposit,
Item Deposit and the design fee.
We reserve the right to apply a surcharge accordingly if radical change to
the original designs are being made after the receipt of the deposit. Any
design changes during the design proposal stage will not be charged.
Any complaint must be made at the time of receipt or within 1 calendar day.
I cannot guarantee the availability of any specific varieties of flowers being
used, as seasonal availability and market situations vary. However, in the
case of having to use any substitutes, these will be matched to the proposed
colour scheme as closely as possible.
