Design Process
STAGE 1 INITIAL CONSULTATION
• This initial free consultation involves visiting you to discuss your
likes and dislikes. During this meeting, I will work with you to identify
your needs and priorities for your floral designs.
• Budgetary requirements: like most people, you will probably be interested
in the cost of the project. At this stage we will discuss your budget and
I will advise on your best options.
• This first consultation is free and there are absolutely no obligations
to carry on with the services of LivingSeasons.com after this meeting.
STAGE 2 DESIGN PROPOSALS
If you choose to use my “Design Proposal” service, a fee of £50.00
will be payable in advance. This fee will be refundable off your final invoice
should you place the order.
• Based on the initial consultation, LivingSeasons.com will draw up
a Design Proposal along with some sketches to help visualise the ideas. At
this stage your input is again welcome so that the floral plan will be exactly
as you want it.
STAGE 3 DETAILED DESIGNS
• After the approval of the proposed design in stage 2, LivingSeasons.com
will produce the final and detailed plans and quotation, including timetable,
delivery details and material details.
•Upon receipt of your deposit, I will secure your wedding service and
events. This should be made within 21 days from the quotation date inclusive.
This deposit will be deducted in full from the final bill.
